What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website and how do we use it?

When submitting a form to our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details to help you with your experience. We only collect personally identifiable information that you supply. That information is used to identify a correct geographical representative and to contact you for further follow up. That information may also be used to track information needed to be approved as a resource parent and analyzed for reporting, marketing and regulatory requirements. That information is also used If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you periodical information about our organization with the contact email you provided.

How do we protect your information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Your personal information is never sold or shared to any third parties. The only exception would be if information is shared with our state and county partners when required by law when you use our services. For example, if you become a foster parent, contact and location information would need to be shared to the state as they are wards of the clients we place. With re-marketing, third party services like Google may display our ad across the Internet to people who have visited our site before. We do not receive, have access to, or even want any personal identifiable information from any of our online marketing. We use online advertising to get people to come to our website, take a look, and then purposely ask us to contact them when your ready to help a child in need. You can opt out of such services by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Donations & Credit Card Transactions

All credit card transactions are processed through  gateway providers and are not stored or processed on our servers. We do not store or receive any credit card numbers, expiration dates, etc, from online transactions made for our behalf. Our donations are facilitated through givedirect.org and their privacy state can be found here.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include links to third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
