Koinonia follows strict guidelines when handling sensitive information via email. We encrypt our email to protect the confidentiality of our clients’ and employees’ personal information. We have set up domain-based encryption policies that prevent our email servers from sending or receiving unencrypted emails.

The following domains are set in policy to require encrypted in transit when sending or receiving email. If your email address ends in one of the below domains, you will not be able to send or receive email to Koinonia unless your email server supports encryption in transit.
