Masks & Hand Sanitizer
DISCLAIMER: If your local medical staff is still in need of these items, please prioritize them before us. We have a huge need for face masks for our foster families, social workers, and staff who work directly with youth in our 24-hour residential homes. Protecting our families’ and staff’s health becomes an extra challenge with all shortages in health supplies. Here’s how you can help:
- Sew masks & donate them to a local Koinonia office
- Donate any extra N95 masks you may have
- Donate any extra hand sanitizer you may have
- Spread the word about this need on social media
So many foster children are dealing with the challenges of continuing their education virtually. Many of them do not have access to laptop or the means to purchase one. If you are able to donate a laptop, please contact your local Koinonia office.
With more and more children becoming displaced in this pandemic, the demand for new parents is overwhelming. If you have room in your home and your heart, please consider providing a safe space physically and emotionally for a child who needs you. Get started here.
