In 2016, Koinonia received it’s first CARF accreditation. Three years later, we have continued to exceed standards, earning another three-year accreditation. Agencies are granted accreditation periods ranging from one to three years based on performance; we are proud of our staff’s and leadership’s commitment to excellence, reflected in this accreditation. A special thank you to our care providers, staff, and stakeholders who met with the CARF team to discuss our organization and services they have received. We truly appreciate the time you took to aid us in achieving this milestone.
